After the teams left Louisville in early summer, we packed our bags and boarded a plane for Germany. They have had spiritual giants, from Luther to the Moravians, Gutenberg and more recently Bonhoeffer, but now it is very much a post-christian nation. While we were there we helped run English camps, teaching German youth not only practical things, but also sharing with them how they could know the one true God.
Josh, early on in the second camp, set out to show himself disinterested in religion, and professed belief in evolution. However, after several days of talks, and attending my teammate Elijah's afternoon seminar on Creation vs. Evolution, Josh gave his heart to the Lord. This is just a sample of the many stories that we have from this summer. After several long weeks of camps, we took three days to see Berlin.
Thank you so much for all your prayers and support that have enabled us to minister this summer in Germany. We know that God moved in incredible ways and many lives will never be the same because of this summer. We also know that we would not have been able to do it with out your prayers and support. Thanks so much,
Amos and Amy
